Nick Geens - CEO & Founder
Nick is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in client-side consultancy, specializing in project management since 2012. Leveraging his technical expertise in construction and a deep understanding of the challenges that buildings can present, Nick has successfully led infrastructure projects in New Zealand from conception to completion.

His project delivery experience spans the full lifecycle of projects, from initial feasibility assessments through to the final handover. As a technically proficient leader, Nick has held senior roles in delivery, strategy, and technical positions, acting as both Lead Project Manager and Project Director. His leadership is defined by his personable approach and exceptional stakeholder management skills, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project.
With a solid foundation in Building Surveying, Nick’s in-depth understanding of the technical aspects of construction allows him to maintain a keen focus on quality throughout the design and construction process. This knowledge enables him to ensure that every project not only meets but exceeds the necessary standards for functionality, safety, and compliance.​
